Preparing zucchini:
Use a carrot scraper to peel the zucchini, and split in half lengthwise. Spoon out
most of the seeds, and then shred the zucchini with a hand grater or with the top

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic

Amy's Sorrel Sauce
1 bunch sorrel
butter
1. Wash sorrel and stem it.
2. Slowly cook down sorrel in butter until it melts to a nice dark green color, it should look almost pureed.
3. Toss over pasta, rice, or a grain of your choosing.
Kati's Sorrel Sauce
1 very large ripe tomato
1 bunch of sorrel
garlic
olive oil
grated lemon peel
grated ginger (optional)
